Steve concentrates his practice in both the transactional and litigation aspects of real estate and corporate law. He has participated in significant litigation involving ownership and riparian rights of lakefront properties and played a role in major commercial and residential real estate developments in Kosciusko and surrounding counties. He has worked with local and regional developers from the planning and zoning standpoint and in regard to choice of entities for use as development vehicles.
Randall L. Morgan, Partner
Randy represents business and individual clients in all stages of the civil litigation process, including pre-litigation counseling, arbitration, alternative dispute resolution, trial and appeal. He routinely litigates a broad range of contract, real estate, commercial and tort issues, appearing before state and federal courts and agencies. Randy further represents clients with respect to estate planning, estate and trust administration, and a wide variety of business and real estate issues and transactions.
Jason M. Kuchmay, Partner
Jason's practice covers business litigation, real estate litigation and probate litigation. He practices in state and federal courts, and before agencies, including the United States Patent & Trademark Office, and he has substantial experience litigating riparian rights disputes before the Natural Resources Commission.
